We would like to get to know you and your property personally! During a joint property inspection (in case of contact restrictions optionally via video call) we record your personal sales motive and all relevant key data of your property.

If you decide to sell your property with Brau & Friedrich after the free valuation, we will determine the appropriate target group and define a price and sales strategy together with you. Once all preparations have been made, we place your property for sale on selected property portals and take care of scheduling property viewings.
